Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria will be holding its 91st Annual National Conference tagged “Oluyole 2018.”The event is scheduled as follows:
Venue: The International Conference Centre Ibadan, Oyo state
Date: 29 October – 3rd November 2018.
The theme for the conference is “Innovative Disruption In Pharmacy In Emerging Economies: A Road Map For Nigeria.”
According to the Conference Planning Committee (CPC) Chairman, Pharm. Onyeka Onyeibor the theme for this year’s conference has been carefully chosen to advance the national discourse on survival and significance in a time of rapid and turbulent change. Whether you are disruptively innovating or defending against a disruptive challenger, show up in Ibadan and lend your voice and ear to what pharmacy and pharmacists must do differently and better to move from good to great.
Clare Omatseye, MD/CEO JNC International Ltd and President, Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN), is the keynote speaker, where she will provide amazing insights on the theme.
The event will be declared open by Special Guest of Honour, President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Senator (Dr) Abubakar Bukola Saraki CON. The chief host is His Excellency, Senator Ishiaq Abiola Ajimobi, the executive governor of Oyo state.
Estimated number of five thousand (5000) distinguished pharmacists from various practice/ technical groups within and outside Nigeria is expected to attend the conference.
The registration for the conference which has commenced will close on Sunday, 30th September, 2018.
